I've always found them to be professional & courteous, and have been very satisfied with the maintenance and repair work that they've done for me, as well as the equipment that I've purchased from them. Great Service 6/29/2016

My air conditioning quit on one of the hottest days of the summer. When I called, they offered emergency service, but I felt the repair could wait until the next day. Rich A arrived on time (early!), was very efficient and thorough, and provided a clear explanation of what was wrong and what he did. I'm very happy with the result! more

Professional service 6/24/2016

Had a service contract on my primary residence. Like them so much I'm adding them to two more properties now in my possession. Rich helped me out when my basement flooded two years ago. He explains everything well and let's me know what options I have. I give them a five star rating. more

Check up 6/20/2016

Very professional and knowledgeable, didn't try to sell me something just checked the air conditioner for proper operation and was on his way. I have had Gene's for several years and will not change to a competitor. Rich A has been doing my service for a couple years just the best. more

Always appreciate the attention to detail by Rich A. He takes his time to explain everything he does. When describing options, he always includes we can leave it as is and not have to spend any more money. Always arrives in the time slot. more

Gene's is Recommended 4/21/2016

I recommend Gene's Refrigeration to everyone. They've been reliable, honest and efficient. After having them repair my furnace (not one they installed) I was impressed enough to purchase a three year service contract for furnace, air and plumbing... and believe it was money well spent. When called they respond with a quick appointment. They call before they arrive and let you know who the service specialist will be. The servicemen have all been courteous and very experienced in the work they are here to do. Gene's is a company I'm happy to be doing business with. more
