Gene's has been consistently great for over 20 years 4/22/2011

Gene's has been consistently great for over 20 years. I was a customer of Gene's and then of Charlie's with out a bump in service quality. Now that Jason in minding the garage the service just keeps on coming. I have also been able to rely on Gene's recommendations for other shops, body work and accessories, without fail. I have NEVER been disappointed! more

Gene's Coach Repair solves problems with cars without going overboard. They don't do things that don't need to be done. And their prices are phenomenal. more

I've dealt with Gene's Coach Repair for probably 20 years. They are very reliable, and the cost is right in there with everyone else (the only reason I gave them a 4/5 on total experience is because it costs money). They are willing to do whatever it takes to get it fixed. more

I really like the staff at Gene's Coach Repair. They are locally owned, and I'm always happy to support a locally owned business. They also offer very competitive prices. I don't speak car at all, so I really appreciate that they explain what I need to have done in laymen's terms so I'm never in the dark. The turn around is fast and efficient. I highly recommend their services. more

They do a good job. 1/18/2011

I have been using Gene's Coach Repair for about 8 years now. They do a very good job, and they are not outrageously expensive. They generally don't tend to recommend things that are not necessary to fix, like other mechanics tend to do. The reason I gave them a 4 is that sometimes when they do work they will not always check other parts in the same system to see if they need to be replaced. They changed my radiator, and there was a hose connecting to it that needed to be replaced too. It blew a week later. I would have been happier if they did it all at the same time. They are really friendly. They are always willing to work with you and discuss any issues that you might have. more

Absolutely honest. 12/29/2010

Gene's Coach Repair is incredibly accommodating to my needs as far as scheduling goes and making sure I get my vehicles maintained appropriately. Gene's Coach is essential for my car. I have been using them steadily for 5 years now since I retired, though I used them on and off before that. I have probably used them about 10 years total. The quality is excellent, and there are very few call backs. If I ever do have a question, they respond immediately. I think the biggest thing is that they are absolutely honest. more

Gene's Coach Repair is honest, which is why I like them and why I recommend them to everyone I know. I have probably used them for 15 years, and they are honest and reasonably priced. The quality of their work is great. more
