MY WIFE AND I HAD GENERATOR SUPERCENTER COME TO OUR HOME AND GIVE US AN ESTIMATE ON A GENERAC STANDBY GENERATOR.FROM THE PERSON WE FIRST TALKED TO ON THE PHONE,THE SALESMAN THAT CAME TO OUR HOME,THE ELECTRICIANS AND PLUMBERS THAT DID OUR INSTALLATION TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER THAT CALLED APPROXIMATELY 30 DAYS AFTER THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE, THEY WERE ALL AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT TO WORK WITH. THEIR OVERALL ""CUSTOMER FIRST"" ATTITUDE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME.ALLOT OF COMPANIES TALK ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT DON'T SEEM TO HAVE A CLUE WHAT IT TRULY MEANS.GENERATOR SUPERCENTER HAS RAISED THE BAR BY WHICH I WILL GRADE ANY FUTURE COMPANIES OF ANY KIND THAT WE DEAL WITH.GREAT JOB MICHAEL BELL, MICHAEL HUGHES, ANDREW WEIBUST AND THE ENTIRE GENERATOR SUPERCENTER TEAM.JOB WELL DONE.......WE HAVE ALREADY REFEREED TWO FRIENDS TO YOU AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO ANYTIME WE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY.\r more

I was givenGenerator Supercenters' info by an electrical inspector with a local municipality.....they said that of all the companies that they had seen GSC was the best. I found them to be better than ""the best""-from the initial visit by one of their represenatives, to the completion of our installation, the experience was wonderful. We found that this company has brought a new definition of customer service into the market place at a time when service is rare every where. You are not going to believe this. I saw this company installing a generator for my neighbor. I spoke with one of the installers. In less than 2 hours a representative called me, set up and appt and gave me an estimate immediately. Explained everything to me in detail. I felt very comfortable with them. I did not even bother calling anyone else. I bought my system and it was installed professionally within 4 weeks.. it was wonderful from start to finish... I haverecommended generator super center to all my friends and many have purchased systems more

I was very impressed by this company. from the sales rep to the installers.. and not a sub contactor .. everyone worked for them. I had no problems and everyone was great. I would recommend this company to everyone more
