The technician was very nice and did a good job. Howwver I was sort of rushed out the door at the end - she did the polish with my sandals on and had me go as soon as she was done...

Best Salon in Raleigh! 1/3/2012

I cannot say enough about the wonderful people at this salon! They are warm, friendly and so accomidating! I love to get my hair done there by Kori,Brooke or Tai. They take their time and really listen to what I want. Courtney is also a favorite of mine. Her facials are so relaxing and I see great results. Try this salon and you will not regret it! Well worth the money!! more

pedicure 1/2/2012

The technician was very nice and did a good job. Howwver I was sort of rushed out the door at the end - she did the polish with my sandals on and had me go as soon as she was done. As a result even after the drive home my nails were still wet. I touched my toe with a bag and the entire polish on the nail smeared. I have had many pedis at Generations by other techs and never had poliah done with sandals on and never was toldnto leave whilebmy nailsbwere wet. So basically abruined pedi. more

I have been going to Generations for 8 years and have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and my stylist knows exactly what I like. The Boutique is amazing. I can always find something to purchase. more

Generations is a great salon and spa 12/30/2011

I have been a client of Generations for going on ten years. It has been great to watch it grow and prosper as a local business. The staff there is fun and caring and truly wants to serve their guests. The spa is quiet and set apart from the hair salon - a lot of places don't have the space to do this and you end up hearing loud music and hair dryers during your massage. Not the case at Generations. It is clean, well organized and offers pretty much any spa service you can think of. I've referred several friends who have all been pleased, so no hesitation to give them this 5 star rating and congratulations on all their hard work over the years!!! more

Very Disappointing Waxing! 12/24/2011

I am very disappointed with my eyebrow waxing. My eyebrows are too thin and they are uneven (one is shorter than the other and the other one is higher than the other). I have a hard time understanding how estheticians are unable to wax eyebrows as this is one of the areas they are trained in when they go to school. Needless to say I need to grow my eyebrows back over the next 3-5 months (this is how thin they are and it depends on how quickly the eyebrows will grow) before I can fix them. I will not allow anyone from Generations Salon to wax my eyebrows again. more

Massage 12/23/2011

Trenda did an excellent job. She releived my holidsy stress and perfectly relaxed my trouble areas. I look forward to seeing her again in the coming year. One suggestion I could make is for the salon itself. I know it is a tight space but I think it would be beneficial to have a more private and relaxing waiting area for clients who arrive a little early or wish to relax just a little bit longer after their services. The herbal tea was excellent! more

I have gone to generations salon for a long time, and I have always received a great hair cut and style!!! The staff is very professional and they really care about their customers. They have great hair products, makeup, clothing boutique, nails, body and facial treatments also, all at one location. I always look forward to my appointments!!! more

I have been getting a haircut for the past 3 years at Generations. The staff is always friendly and cordial. The wait time has improved dramatically. Even though Jesica has left - Jesica R gives a fantastic haircut and offered some great suggestions.... I highly recommend Generations more

Great experience for guy's haircut 12/15/2011

Lauren cuts my hair exactly like I want it. You have the natural products I like to use. Friendly, efficient, and professional staff- both Lauren and the reception desk. I even scheduled my wife an appointment with Lauren. My only issue is that the hairdryers seem too loud at times for such a relaxing atmosphere. more

Trenda gave me a 90 minute Swedish massage and she was wonderful! The atmosphere was gorgeous and inviting andthe front desk staff was so nice and efficient. I will definitely be back soon. Also one should know that they are running a special and the price is unbeatable. more
