Worst

Unlike other reviews, my experience wasn't all that horrible... However I do feel I overpaid a bit. My bissel vacuum was repaired just fine, I did pay $39 for something I believe ...

If I could give ZERO stars for this 4/7/2012

If I could give ZERO stars for this store I would. The owner of this store is the most RUDE and DISRECPECTFUL human being that I have ever met when it comes to customer service. When I tried to question him on what warranties could be covered if he was unable to fix my vacuum he literally YELLED at me, rudely left me standing at the counter alone after acting like an immature child storming off to the back room after verbally kicking me out of the store. This was with absolutely NO provocation from me - only questioning next steps if he was unable to fix the problem. Pros: null Cons: null more

Kirby recondition 3/9/2011

I received a great service from this store, they seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. My kirby was fixed up very well. I have had my machine for a very long time and i feel like this place knew how to recondition it. more

Very honest business 3/8/2011

I took my kirby here to get fixed and they did a great job. I took the time to speak to the owner and he disclosed that it is a family business. They were timely in the repair of my machine, I would recommend everyone to come here and fix their vacuum. more

I did read the reviews below, but still chanced it. The customer service is superb, all the staff knew exactly what was wrong. The repair was completed same day . Very good experience, I highly recommend. more

Nothing Special 8/16/2008

Didn't listen to the Review, Should have! 4/28/2008

Brought my bissell vacuum in to General Vacuum, the gentleman waiting on me was very impatient and I thought rude. The store was messy and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my vacuum there. Nothing personal, but I would not recommend this place.... more

Stopped in with a question, the man was very angry and was not interested in taking time to listen. He was rude and unprofessional. \r \r Gave my business to it's competitor Mr. Vak more
