I think General Air definitely gave us the best value for our money. They performed a really intense air-flow test for both before and after the work. This was a great feature because it allowed us to see the improvement and know exactly what the impact of their work was. more

Couldn't be more satisfied. 6/13/2011

I hired General Air Conditioning to install a complete heating and air system in my home, including furnace. I thought everyone involved in the project was very professional. They really did a superb job. They were very neat, cleaned up while they were working, and never left a mess at the end of the day. They were also very thorough in helping me fill out the paperwork I needed in order to receive my manufacturer's rebate. I couldn't have asked for better service. If you want a professional job at a fair price, performed by competent servicemen, then use General Air Conditioning. You won't be disappointed. Bill Klaus more

General Air Conditioning is trustworthy. They answered all my questions and were very easy to work with. They replaced two air conditioning units in our home, and they serviced our old units before that. The new units are working just fine. I would definitely recommend General Air to anyone. more

Straightforward, easy to work with, and honest. 11/24/2010

General Air Conditioning was clean, efficient, and they answered any questions I had. It was my second time using them. The overall experience was great. They came in and took care of everything I needed. They removed my old system and installed a new one. Everything works great. Most companies have hidden costs, but at General Air there were no hidden charges. They were straightforward, easy to work with, and upfront and honest. more

General Air Conditioning does a great job everytime they come to my house. They are not pushy and I feel that they are always looking out for my best interest. The technicians are always curtious and friendly. They are knowledgeable about my system and answer my questions regarding my system to my satisfaction. The world needs more honest and trustworthy contractors like General Air Conditioning. I give a big pat on the back to the owner, Tim Bruce, for running a well put together company.
