If you are considering getting a generator, I highly recommend GenPro Power Systems!! From the first time Jay came to provide a quote to the install, the GenPro team was very professional, answered all our questions, finished the job timely and even cleaned up after they were completed!! After losing power for 9 days with Sandy storm, I will never have to worry about losing money with spoiled foods, freezing with no heat and worry about my sump pump not working. I am so happy GenPro installed our generator and took away all my worry!!! more

New generator maintenance 4/14/2017

I am so pleased with the generator, with the installer, GenPro Power Systems, and with their pleasant, knowledgeable, competent employees. The generator was installed last Fall and was one of the best purchases I've ever made. Earlier this year a big, rotten tree fell on power wires down the road, cutting out power to the area. My generator kept me comfortable in my home during the outage which lasted about 8 hours. I am also pleased with the maintenance program the company provides. It contributes to my confidence. more

New Kohler Generator installation February 2017 2/18/2017

This is a an extremely pleasant, helpful and considerate company. Jay and his group are very professional, friendly and open. Jay took time to explain and answer all our questions when we got an estimate and recently when the generator was installed. In the past we have had to deal with several generator companies. This company is in a totally superior class. The people in the office are equally pleasant and helpful. We have no hesitation in strongly recommending this company. We are relieved to have finally found people we can trust and rely on. more

Routine service call. 10/10/2016

I've owned my generator for several years and I have never seen any other service personnel take the time, or put the effort into servicing my generator, as the GenPro service personnel did. I was totally impressed with their attitude and how thorough they were, including, as they finished up, a complete cleaning of the entire external container. It looked brand new when they finished. more

on time, got right to it, changed oil and filter and check output and exercised transfer switch making sue all was working correctly we feel we are protected, everything is ready and standing by more

Home Standby Generator 9/1/2016

Electical urgency 7/23/2016

I called on Friday AM about the main wire to the house having been pulled to the ground - we still had electricity to the house. Jay came the next day (Saturday) and fixed the problem. A++++ service more
