I just got my generator installed! Jay, Ben and their team were at my home for 3 days. I have a large house and had the entire house done. They were tidy, competent, pleasant and professional. I felt my house was in good hands. The last day they were here there was a snow storm. The day before they tented their work area and worked through the storm to get the job done. We had a 20kW Kohler RES-D generator installed at our residence on October 1. GenPro's team of Matt, Ken, and Troy performed the complex job very efficiently and very professionally. Jay, GenPro's president was there to get the job started. Melissa and Kelli in the GenPro office were very helpful in getting the whole project set up. It was fascinating to watch the work of people who really know what they are doing. It was clockwork: each task in order, necessary tools at the ready, frequent tests and checks. Matt, the electrician, was the inside man, changing circuits as required, installing the transfer switch. Ken was the outside man, installing the generator. Troy was back and forth making sure inside and outside was functioning smoothly. And they were very careful about the house and good at communicating with me. A full test of the generator was performed and everything worked as planned. That included safely powering up several computers and sensitive electronic components in the house. Doing an installation such as this in this manner gives me confidence that the generator will function just as expected and will do so for a long time. Excellent job, guys. Bravo! more

The home assessment was thorough. The process was precise and all my questions were explored, as well as some ideas I hadn't thought about. Jay, the owner, does the house review and he made himself available whenever I contacted him. He came back at my request a second time without hesitation. Once we agreed on the job I was handed over to the office. Both Kelli and Melissa were always friendly and careful. There were no hitches in the planning and co-ordination with our gas supplier. Jay was well versed in generators. He was extremely helpful and extremely professional and extremely honest. About as good as you can ask for from an estimating standpoint. Highly recommend - a real professional gentlemen who addressed every question and concern.
