Slippery personnel. Took a string of pearls in to have the gold clasp fixed or replaced and was told they it needed to be completely restrung - despite the fact that the piece to be repaired had no contact with the pearls at all.
Then, some months later, brought in three pieces (rings). Two with rather expensive stones. Even though there is an obnoxious sign out front ""buying diamonds, gold etc., they said they only wanted the gold for scrap, and would simply take the diamonds.
They offered me HALF of Comex gold spot, and did not alllow me to see what the weight was. They had the scale placed away from me with the L.E.D. covered.
