At Geisha the customer is always wrong and the manager is always rude. Here's our experence: Wife and I are the only customers there late one weekday evening. We are going to have the hibachi. We want to sit in the center of the table so we can get a good view of the chef. The hostess tells us we must sit at the far end. We ask for the manager, who tells us we have to sit at the end in case more customers come in a group. Now, it's late, no one else there, no customers are coming in, so we tell the manager that if more do come in a group then we'll move to the end of the table, but that's not good enough for this manager. He's the Manager, the Boss, and he expects us to follow his seating policy...period. Now, he could have said please sit at the far end for now and if no one else shows up then move to the center of the table, but he didn't. If he had half a brain he could have even offered us a free drink while we waited at the end of the table, but he didn't. He has his "policy." Well, we have our own policy, and that was simply to leave and spend our money elsewhere. This place won't last long if they don't learn that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!
By the way, the place seemed dirty too...the floor was very sticky and the lighting was extremely dark - never a good sign.
Pros: Can't think of any pro's
Cons: Rude manager and the place is dark and dirty.
