Businiess name:  Geisha Steak & Sushi

Review content:
We went to Geisha for dinner on a weekday. We always passed it but never stopped to go in...we should have kept on driving. When first walking in I noticed the place was empty except for two tables and one gourp at a habachi table. The decor is sparse with neon lighting and not much else. We were in the mood for sushi (the menu does offer many more options besides sushi) so we order a few rolls. We started with the calamari which lacked flavor. They were awkardly cut, which made them difficult to eat, and heavily coated with the Japanese Panko bread crumbs but seemed to miss the salt before entering the fryer. The sushi came out with nothing to rave about. Sushi on a plate, nothing else. I'm not a sushi chef by no means, however it is known that sushi is an art, and most of the time displayed as sush. The rolls were loose and the spicy tuna roll will take the roof off your mouth. It's as if the sushi chef learned to roll sushi by Sushi For Dummies. You know those shrink wrapped packaged at the book store that comes with a how to book, a bambo rollilng mat and some chopsticks to boot. On top of that the service was very slow, so was the restaurant which makes anyone wonder why was there slow service? Pass on this restaurant. If you want good sushi keeping driving up to Richardsons Sushi Sake. Cons: Sushi, Food Quality, Service
