I've been taking my vehicles to Geiling's for 7 years. They provide same day service and are always honest and trustworthy. After going somewhere else and spending hundreds w/o getting the problem fixed, I took my car to Geiling's for a second opinion and they found the real problem immediately and fixed it for way less money. more

I dropped my car off for an oil change. I forgot to mention that my battery seemed sluggish. They sniffed it out and called me the same morning. The oil change and battery replacement were finished that afternoon. ...Good, fast work, as usual. more

Local Family Business, Very Honest 6/8/2013

They did what they said, Fast & Friendly Service, Told me of some problems with my car, but did not try to "Over Sell" me with repairs. Gave me advise to help me. Would rather deal with them than a "National Company". I'm going to do all my car repairs with Geiling in Metairie in the Future. AAA+++ more

Kind! Caring! Considerate! Courteous! I feel safe in every way when I bring my car to this business. I'm not knowledgeable about mechanics, so I cannot speak with specifics re details of maintenance. What I do know is that my car is treated well & provided with what it needs when I bring it there. My last of many visits over the years was for tires, fast for an out-of-town funeral. Steve & his wife didn't have to rush for me, but they did; and I was able to get on the road early & safe without even asking for special treatment. As I observe it, EVERYONE gets special treatment there! It's their way of life - of doing business as their standard. What more could any consumer want for himself, for his service & for his car?
