Service, service, service 6/4/2014

I brought it in for oil change and overall check; however, many times I run in to have my tire pressure checked & they always stop what they are doing & help. Now they have a great co-worker that drives you home and picks you up. They were quick, great service and no waiting time. more

Lorraine can "translate" mechanic-speak! 4/28/2014

The work on my car was sound. Happy with that. But what I am ecstatic about is finding a mechanic shop with a fluent translator mechanikese-English! Lorraine is an amazing communicator and was able to describe in great detail, yet totally understandably what was going on with my car, what needed to be addressed right away, and what could wait. THANK YOU!!! more

My grandpa uses Geiling and we took my pathfinder there. They did a maintenence check on my vehicle and gave me prices on everything that needed to be done on my pathfinder. They took the time to priortitze what needed to be done first. I will recommed to anybody that needs work done. more

Steve and the gang down on Papworth at Geiling Auto really do get it. In a business ripe with shysters, guys who take advantage of the uniformed & auto-ignorant, the Geiling Gang stand head & shoulders above the pack. Whenever I take the Intrepid in to these dudes, they assess the problem accurately with no BS, never charge for something not done, or done improperly, and always charge a fair price for services rendered. I've been using Geilling for several years, 3 different cars, and I am always satisfied with the work done. The turn around time is fantastic (always same day). I can drop car off after business hours, call and leave a message and they take care of the rest. I would recommend them to anyone. more

My car dealer was going to charge me $3066.85. Also he left me a piece of rubber inside of my engine which made a loud noise several days later. This was the reason I was looking for a reliable car repair shop in the Internet. Geiling had excellent reviews from the customers ! The manner they answer the phone, their interaction with the customers were sincere, caring and professional. The mechanics looked all experienced and were mature people. They explained the problem of my car, gave me the cost ahead of time, and fixed my car problem in a short time. The cost was 1/3 of my dealer's cost. I can not trust Dealers anymore !
