Driving into Geezer's parking lot, you see an army of catering trucks and vans that look like they could feed thousands of people at a time. I've eaten at Geezer's twice, and felt like writing a review of the place.
Our first meal was myself, my wife, and a friend of hers. It was a Wednesday or Thursday night, and the restaurant was pretty quiet save for the football game going on in the opposite area of the restaurant. Because it was quiet, we were seated immediately, but in an area far away from other patrons, to the point of where we felt a little secluded. It took over 20 minutes to get our server to bring us some drinks which she brought back about 10 minutes later and finally took our order. Remember that there were maybe 4 or 5 other families eating at the restaurant that night, and our server didn't seem to be helping any of them.
After what felt like another half hour, our food arrived, and it was VERY good. The prices were reasonable for what we had ordered, and we decided not to stick around for dessert. It took another 15 minutes after we'd finished eating for her to bring the bill and we left.
The second time was just me and my wife and we had the lunch buffet. The layout of the buffet area was *horrible* to walk around when the place was packed. Again, the food was top quality, and this time we actually got a nice server who bothered to tell us her name and make us feel like we were remembered, not ignored. The lines for the buffet were long and wasn't well organized, so after two small plates, we paid our bill (which seemed a little high even for a lunch buffet) and left.
It'd be nice if these ratings could include things like price, cleanliness, service, quality of food, etc. so here's how I'd rate things to get my 2/5 stars:
First trip:
Service: 0
Waiting Time: 1
Cleanliness: 5
Quality of Food: 5
Second trip:
Service: 4
Waiting Time: 4
Cleanliness: 5
Quality of Food: 5
