A Life Saver 1/5/2012

I'm not one to generally write a review, but I am making an exception in this case. On two separate occasions I have had problems with my computer (unrelated issues) and both times Dave has responded to get me ""up and running."" His technical knowledge for resolving computer problems is the best I have encountered and he will be the first person I go to if I run into any problems in the future. tallen\r \r more

Dave is a lifesaver. Has helped me out remotely, in the home and office and on the phone. Rates are reasonable. He understands that I'm tech. challenged and talks (patiently) in my language. I highly recommend him!! more

Following a move from out of state, my old & newer computers were unresponsive. Dave very patiently diagnosed, did extensive cleanups & upgrades and left the systems in great shape. It was a pleasant learning experience for me & would happily rec Dave for any comp problem. more

Great service and a really nice guy 11/6/2011

Dave sorted out a number of problems with two elderly PCs and got them running again like new. I couldn'thave been happier with the results of his careful work, but my daughter is depressed that there is no reason for her to get a new PC for quite a while now! more
