I bought my 1st VW from them back in 99 and figured I would take it back there for service. The service was horrible. Long lines, unfriendly staff and never did anything to make my experience good. So I started taking my car to Denver. Well I started working in Boulder again and I thought I would take my brand new VW in for an inspection. Guess what? 8 years later and the service still is horrible. If you want to buy a car from them, they are very friendly, but their VW service department is horrible. Go somewhere else unless you want some unfriendly person to help you. more

Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and courteous. I went in for minor service and was in and out in a matter of minutes (less than 10). A fantastic dealership that is guaranteed my business now and in the future. If you drive a BMW, Saab, Porsche, or VW, don't take it anywhere else.
