I am a big fan of Gazeebo. The owner, Ray, takes great pride in his food and his ingredients. He stayed about 20 minutes after close one night going over his approach to running a restaurant with me (I was just curious and had some time to burn.) He has a special sourdough roll baked to his specifications by a local baker. He uses only fresh beef and air-cooled chicken breasts with absolutely no liquid solution added.
I appreciate an owner who takes this much pride in his business and is willing to listen to his customers.
