This applies to the service department only. I had a fuse blow while driving my daughter's car and couldn't find the fuse box. I stopped in the service department to ask if they could either change the fuse or if they were busy, show me where it was. They said they could take care of it. They replaced the fuse, charged me a staggering $125.00, took 90 minutes, and then after I was done, it took 15 minutes for them to bring my car up front. When I asked why it was taking so long to get the car, they just shrugged. No one seemed to care much. On the plus side, they have a great waiting room with a big screen TV.
