This place rocks. The service was incredible as our serving personnel was very attentive to our needs. The buffet choices presented rather "exotic" choices of traditional Brazilian fare, creating a nice cultural experience. But the MEAT is to die for. My button signifying that I wanted more MEAT rarely went red, the sausage and filet mignon were greeted with oohs and aahs at my table of. My wife doesn't want me to mention the Samba dancers.... but geez... thats about all I can say regarding that matter. Go... you will have a wonderful experience. After reading reviews on Citysearch, I decided to give Gaucho's a try. I was very disappointed by the service. So after eating here a couple times, I had my birthday party here. The service was incredible. The food was delicious as always. It was probably one of the best birthdays ever. I live on the west side but Gaucho's Village is worth the drive for me. I have guests coming in from out of town and we are definitely going there for dinner! Gaucho's Village....you guys rock! The four of us had a wonderful dining experience. The various types of meat, poultry, and sausages were brought to our table when we desired. We loved the idea of the green and red wooden cue to tell the waiters when we wanted to eat and when we wanted to relax and visit. The dancers, the music, and the ambiance were all extraordinary. I had been to several other Brazilian BBQ locations and many were quite good, but this restaurant has been the best so far. The restaurant itself is well decorated and has a great feel to it. The live music adds to the authentic ambience and is quite enjoyable. The food is very good. The garlic beef and sirloin were my favorites but everything was delicious! i will never eat at this restaurant again. nor would i ever recommend it. i would rather give up eating meat before going back. our reservations at 9 o'clock for 10 people were useless because we didn't get seated until almost 10. AND instead of 1 big table, we were given 3 separate small tables. (this was supposed to be at the 'VIP' section to make up for having us wait!) we were told, 'we didn't know you wanted to sit together, but if you want to, you will have to wait another 20 minutes' (!!!). because they close at 11, we didn't even get to have the total brazillian bbq experience. --we were offered 1 round of a few of the meats on their menu, and then they stopped serving all together. i wish i could say that the food made up for their service, but it didn't. It is a great date place. The inside of the restuarant is fixed so nice and romanticly. They have a large screen tv which plays Brazilian music, which makes dinning with them feel more at home. The service is great, the waitress always checks on you. Your food is delievered to the table right on target once you flip the chip. Its a wonderful place to take your family or date. They will all definetly enjoy themselves. The food was amazing, the meat was seasoned to perfection and perfectly cooked. The fried bananas were delicous. I will definetly be back!!!! My husband and I fell in love with Gaucho's Village about 5 years ago, and we continue to be drawn there time and time again. There are so many reasons why we love this place--the food, the drinks, the service. It's all great! The waiting staff is very attentive, the food is always fresh and exquisitely prepared, and the entertainment is so authentic, it's like you found your way to Brazil itself! We definitely feel that we get our money's worth when we dine at Gaucho's Village. Don't leave without trying the Caipirinha!! more

I had one of the greatest dining experiences to date at Gaucho's Village Churrascaria a couple weeks ago, and I'll tell you why. First of all, the food was fantastic. Not only do they fill you up, but they also serve you the finest quality of meats. Secondly, the service was awesome. The waiter was very knowledgeable and suggested a Brazilian beer that was excellent. Thirdly, the manager was very accomodating and friendly. Throw all those components into the mix and add live music and a romantic atmosphere, and you have yourself an evening that you will never forget! more

They say things aren't the same when you go back after a period of time. They are right. In this case, IT GOT EVEN BETTER!!! Now in their larger location they've gotten even better. The food is absolutely superb and the service is even better then food (if that is possible). Everything from the self serve buffet to the hot meats served from the skewers by the distinguished Gauchos dressed in authentic attire is absolutely superb. Seating is fast and prompt. I never had to wait for a table. It appears that the employees really enjoy their job. They are not just there for the money. I regularly receive emails from the owner about specials and special occasions. He even gives his cell phone number and home phone number if any patron needs to get ahold of him. This place is awesome. Where else can you go and have all kinds of different meats brought to you at your own table. And it doesn't stop. They just keep coming one after another. And right when you think you can't eat anymore, they come and bring the best tasting Picanha you've ever had in your life. And as if that wasn't good enough, they have the best Caipirinhas. Everyone of these drinks magically transports you to Rio de Janeiro. Awesome. Also, make sure you go and find out when they'll be having a party, because they are a guarenteed good time.
