Ugh! Unfriendly, arrogant, irresponsible. Ignored my requests and diagnosed on their own, over-charging for service and diagnosis. I needed to search elsewhere to confirm their outrageous info., and had my car ""held hostage"" for 10 days. Ridiculous! more

Best Mechanic in Town 7/14/2010

I just went to a new mechanical shop that my friend recommended for me. I have to say my car is old but she's mine. She need to have some repairs done on my old subaru- (rose is her name). She has never ran better!!! and I got to talk to the mechanic myself. This business impressed me so much. From the office staff to the clean up person. Great team work. Thanks to you ... Rose will be with me a few more years. Pros: Expect repect and a relaxed atmosphere Cons: small office but great service more

Don't take your car here! They have horrible managment. I took my car in for a transmission issue and left with even more issues and problems. The managment is a scam if you ask me. more

Fantastic Shop w/great service 8/12/2009

Service writer listened and responded to my car needs and mine. I didn't have much money to spend so they did the minimum but gave me a list of what I needed to get done and also the order in which it needed to get done and how soon. I will return to this shop. Pros: Delivery / quick / Fair more

Avoid this repair shop! Unreliable and Dishonest! 1/7/2009

Performed work specifically asked NOT to do. Work was careless. Lied numerous times. Over charged! Had to bring to another shop to fix their mistakes. They refused to even talk about what they did wrong, and would not refund money. Terrible customer service, never contacted me about new issues found. I always had to contact them to get any kind of info on my car. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!! more

Disgraceful auto shop 1/18/2008

Poor service quality. Got car towed to facility for diagnostic repair. Car was repaired without permission and parts were fixed without prior consent. They over bill for their labor by a long shot. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY. Disgusting business practice. Cons: over priced, over billed for hours, and fixed parts without consent more
