Great service as usual, had a problem and they worked me right in and fixed the problem. Always the best service every time.

Worst

Had my vehicle in for service two times for the same issue. Issue was still not fully resolved.

Oil Change 7/19/2014

In and out in 45 minutes for a scheduled oil change. Found a loose catalytic converter heat shield and tightened it. more

Honda prelude 1992 Jim Brown 7/16/2014

Something must have happened suring inspection of my son's muffuler inspection to dislodge the exhast pipe from the engine block. It was extremely loud when my son drove off the lot where it was quiet when we brought it in. All other services were great and reasonably priced. more

Emergency repair done quickly 5/16/2014

The battery died in my truck, when I got it to Gateway, I could see they were quite busy, but they fit my repair in and got the truck back to me the same day. That's why they have been our go-to mechanic for the last 13 years. Besides, my dog loves the treats! more

I only needed tires, but I thought I was going to require work on the suspension. they told me it was just the tires. Seemed like an honest guy. They even have a mounted ringneck pheasant in the office, pretty cool. more

Mazda's running smooth! 4/6/2014

Guys continue to do a great job! This vehicle is closing on a quarter of a million miles!! And still runs really well!! It's getting to the point were if looks pretty rough but still runs great! I owe that to the expertise and workmanship of the guys at Gateway Auto Clinic! more
