Great service as usual, had a problem and they worked me right in and fixed the problem. Always the best service every time.

Worst

Had my vehicle in for service two times for the same issue. Issue was still not fully resolved.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff 5/13/2015

Brought car in for valve cover gasket on the engine. They looked the car over and found a bad control arm and bushing in the front suspension and cracked PCV Valve. They still completed the work in the same day. more

Great auto repair shop 4/10/2015

Gateway is reliable, honest (for car mechanics, that is) and exceptionally responsive/easy to work with. Have never had to go back due to an incomplete service. Bob and Dan are congenial, knowledgeable, fair, and run a top-notch service. I would even send my mother there if I could. more

My appointment was for an oil change. I was on time and they were ready for me when I arrived. Excellent customer service and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. more

Every time I request service, I get exactly what is needed, and most of the time, the same day. Since I also repair this car, they can diagnose but leave the repair to me. more
