im so happy i chose to have a liftmaster installed 8/23/2014

I called this company at 1000 am when I realized my garage door will never open again with my old opener. Johnny arrived at 1:15 and diagnosed my old opener and garage parts. Johnny showed me the parts needing replacing and explained the types of openers available. I chose a Liftmaster 3850. Johnny began working immediately and had all of the replacement parts available in his work van. Johnny was finished replacing the garage parts(springs, bearings and rollers) and installing the new belt driven opener. Jack showed us how the safety features worked. Johnny work was completed by 3:30. Excellent Work! more

the serviceman did an outstanding job 8/16/2014

My garage door is incredibly loud and it has been bothering me a lot for a while (my room is above the garage). I finally decided to call someone about it, and I am so glad I did. Steven was just here and showed me how the door was installed incorrectly in the first place (there were several screws missing and the track was tight on one side). Anyway, he lubricated all of the joints and springs, realigned the track, added the screws and probably did other stuff that I don't understand. :) Now my garage door is 10x quieter. He was also just so professional and nice, showing me how to lubricate everything 4x/year to keep it quieter. I would highly, highly recommend Steven and his company. more

I was referred to your company 7/20/2014

I was referred to your company by my Son-in-Law, Dannie. I was informed by Ben when he got here that your company doesn't work on Overhead Garage Door Openers, however, he thought he would be able to fix it since he wouldn't need any parts. He was very kind and courteous; however, the door opener has broken again. I guess I will have to go to the expense of having the Overhead Garage Door people come out and fix it after all. more
