New airline at Gary/Chicago Airport rocks! 1/13/2007

My wife and I recently completed a trip to Las Vegas via the Gary/Chicago International Airport on a new carrier, SkyValue USA. We enjoyed it so much that I asked my employer to book as many of my business flights from GYY as possible, even though I'll need to connect to another airline in most cases. They agreed once they saw how much they would save on parking and mileage costs from my home in Hobart. I love this airport! More carriers are sure to come, once SkyValue flights begin to sell out on a regular basis. more

Gary Airport - Wish they had more flights! 4/16/2006

When PAN AM used to fly out of the Gary Airport (to Florida) it was awesome. This is one of the best airports I've ever been in. It's small and friendly. The flights were on time. And one of the best things...people who live in Northwest Indiana don't have to drive to Midway or O'Hare!!! I wish they would bring back service to the Gary Airport. It would be great if one of the airlines would have flights to several different places. I give the Gary Airport 4 stars (they would get 5 if they had more flights!) more
