Michael worked with us for hours.  He did not push us but let us work at our own pace.  He was also willing to work with me on price and looked after my interest.  He did a great job and I look forward to working with him in the future. more

Just bought a new 2011 Sonata. Went shopping at a few places and was told to get my best deal and Gartner would beat it. Got a fantastic deal and had a great, low pressure buying experience. This is the 2nd car I've bought at Gartner for a reason. more

everything was good. Dealt with Russ and then dealt with Nelson. The first offer for the car was a little high considering it was a demonstration car and had almost 6000 miles on it. But I thought we came to a reasonable agreement on the final price. I liked that Russ called the next day and told me I could call him with anytime with questions. Love the car. more

Alwyas skeptical about buying a new car, but Art and his team at Gartner did a great job. First, there was a professional and low key intro to the cars we wished to see, patient answering of all our questions and no high pressure for sales. Upon our later return to the dealership, he instantly recognized us from our previous visit, found us the car we wanted and a no-hassle negotiation of terms. Follow up calls to make sure everything was in order added to our favorable impression of both Art and Gartner. more

Before I even finished my purchase at Gartner Hyundai I already recommended them to family and friends because I was so pleased with their customer service. They are worlds above and beyond many of the other Hyundai dealerships I went to. garnter was always kind, curteous, respectful, and helpful. They did whatever they had to to make sure I left a happy customer! Many of the other Hyundai dealerships were rude, inconsiderate, and some even went as far as insulting me, and insulting my intelligence! Those dealerships I made sure to let family and friends know to never go there! Gartner however needs to be recognized among all Hyundais for excellence! more

I drive with hand controls, so I rely on the “sales person” for taking me for a test drive, describing to me the driving experience and the finally getting my car outfitted with hand controls. During the test drive, Michael and I talked the adaptive equipment requirements and when we got back to the dealership, he wrote down all my exact needs and admitted this was his first time dealing with “hand controls”. It didn’t stop him! He got all information on who would do the work; got the paperwork so I could take advantage of the Hyundai Mobility Program and then started to work on getting my new car ready for me to drive. Michael worked with Mobility Works and coordinated getting my car outfitted with the appropriate equipment. There was a bit of delay in “buying” my car and actually driving away in my new car. The specific hand controls were back ordered, but Michael would touch base and each time end the call with” I can’t wait to get you into your new car!” I am really happy with my 2011 Sonata, really good decision! Going to Gartner to buy my new Sonata, really good decision! Having Michael Miranda on the Gartner Team, really good decision! more

satisfying deal 7/14/2010

From the first encounter with Mike, on 7/1/2010, I sensed he wanted to do the right thing for us, and he did just that.  He showed us Sonata GLS's, the options (e.g. popular package), let us test-drive, sat down and made calls to manager on our behalf.  And we worked out a mutually satisfying deal.  But one thing stands out.  He even came in on his day off and throughout the remainder of the day we exchanged phone calls as we ran into a couple glitches in terms of availibility (we had wanted the black GLS w/ Pop Package; went with silver).  Bottom line is we ended up satisfied and he busted butt to help us, and he did. more

Impossible to reach Buick service 12/31/2006

Wanted to contact the service department but was not somewhere I could be called. I was unable to reach a person in Buick service by phone something like 7 times. A website request for information was not answered, nor was a phone mail request to contact me by email. I have never had such difficulty trying to talk to an automotive service department, especially by one that claims to treat customers like they own the place. If I owned the place, I would be embarrassed by the poor service. more

Service unlike any other!! 11/9/2005

When we moved to Aurora from St. Louis, we needed to find dependable service for our Hyundai Sonata. Boy, did we!! The folks at Gartner bend over backward to make you satisfied. They'll even transport you, if needed. But for basic maintenance, you won't have to wait long enough for a lift. Check em out!! more
