OK, I'm a falafel freak. I could eat it three meals a day, 7 days a week. But finding GREAT falafel is tough to do outside NYC - until now. I tried out Garlic 'n Lemons yesterday and haven't stopped raving about the falafel wrapped in saj bread. It's amazing. The crisp shell is filled with a creamy mixture of fava beans, chick peas and a blend of spices that tantalizes and satisfies the taste buds.
They've got Lahmajun, too but I can't wait to go back and check out the sujuk shawarma! They have five varieties of shawarma from their own spiced chicken to beef and the spicy traditional sujuk. If you love Armenian, Lebanese and Mediterranean food which reminds you of grandma's traditional home cookin' this is THE place! Here you'll get authentic cuisine at incredibly reasonable prices. I'm a guaranteed repeat customer!
