Poor customer service 12/23/2011

Do NOT use this flower company...while they may have some good reviews online, I experienced very poor service (manager would not work with me trying to order flowers) and I didn't get a phone call returned from manager. Save yourself the frustrations and order bulk from Sam's Club. more
