Garden Of Eden

I love this flower shop! This is the only flower shop I will use! The flowers are always fresh and arangements spectacular! This sister team knows how to put the WOW in an arrangement. I have ordered simple to more creative designs and they always come through. I usually let the designer use her judgement on specific flowers after telling her what I'm looking for and let her do her magic. From earthy to elegant, this flower shop does it all in spectacular fashion. Quality and fantastic customer service! more

I was reading the last two posts and although I don't usually post to forums, I felt this time I should. I am from out of town. My parents live in Henderson. When I send flowers to people not in my area, I call a florist local to the location since it is cheaper to call straight into a florist than call FTD who charges more on top of what the florist would normally charge. I've ordered flowers from Garden of Eden many times over the past few years and I wouldn't change a thing. The flowers have been beautiful (my parents send me pics) and the arrangements ended up being quite a bit larger than what I would have received for the same price if via FTD. They have also worked with me and put together more custom gift packages too when I requested it AND in one instance when I needed it, they provided same day service at no additional charge. I'm very happy with them and will continue to use them in the future. more

This happened on May 17, 2002. We were contacted by the Better Business Bureau who decided there was no fault on our part. We are proud of our customer service and customer satisfaction. more

For a special birthday, a family member ordered flowers for me. The FTD order was fulfilled by Garden of Eden, who delivered dead flowers. I contacted Garden of Eden, and they refused to make good on the delivery. Management was very snippy, and their attitude was 'this is the desert, and flowers die -- not our problem.' Contacting the Better Business Bureau did not help. The bottom line is that is that this is the type of firm whose business practices make the phrase "Buyer Beware" a necessity. more
