For a special birthday, a family member ordered flowers for me. The FTD order was fulfilled by Garden of Eden, who delivered dead flowers. I contacted Garden of Eden, and they refused to make good on the delivery. Management was very snippy, and their attitude was 'this is the desert, and flowers die -- not our problem.' Contacting the Better Business Bureau did not help. The bottom line is that is that this is the type of firm whose business practices make the phrase "Buyer Beware" a necessity.
