everything was handled great. no complaints. Jay, your service rep did every thing he could to make my repair as pleasant as possible.

Worst

I have taken my car in for multiple times for the same issue but they have never been able to fix it, even after the issue was video taped.

Excellent Customer Service 2/25/2015

As a whole, car dealerships can be unfriendly places for women. Not so for Garden Grove Hyundai. I ALWAYS feel like my trust is one of their highest priorities. From the first time that we walked in to just "look" at cars (and were not pounced on like at other dealers!), to the periodic oil changes 2 yrs later on the service visits for my new Hyundai (yes, we bought a beautiful new one!), I am never stressed out. I drive 30 minutes from the coast to know that I will ONLY get the needed services for my car and NOT be gouged. As a woman, this is not easy to find. I will always be a loyal customer. Thank you, Hyundai! more

Complements Galore 2/3/2015

Not only great service but an overall atmosphere of positive energy from everyone. While waiting in the lobby several employees came by and interacted not only with is but everyone else that was there. Every area bright, clean, spacious, a beautiful facility. What a service team you have. Very pleased and satisfied with the whole visit. more

Friendly Staff that cannot find or fix the misfiring problem. 1/28/2015

The staff was friendly and suggested a sensor needed replacement. Paid $300 for the sensor and labor. Drove the vehicle off the lot and the same problem occurred within two miles. Returned vehicle to service, because the problem was not fix. The next day, I am told they cannot continue on the vehicle because the battery will not hold a charge and I have to replace the battery so they can continue. The battery was not a problem the day before. I feel suckered and up sold because I have to pay $115 for a new battery the vehicle probably did not need. Going on the third day and the vehicle still has not been fixed. more

So far my experience at GG Hyundai has been excellent. The cars they are putting out have been toe to toe with higher end dealers like audi, mercedes benz, and lexus. more

Convenient full service but at a hefty price 1/5/2015

I'm not a car expert so when I need my vehicle serviced I always take it to the Hyundai dealership. Upon my first full service at 30,000 miles I was pleased with the work but a little shocked at the $400+ price tag (even after using coupons). more

I bought my car here and have returned for regular servicing. The folks are incredibly nice, honest, and the prices are competitive. Also, the waiting room is set up with desks, so you can work while you wait for your car. more
