everything was handled great. no complaints. Jay, your service rep did every thing he could to make my repair as pleasant as possible.

Worst

I have taken my car in for multiple times for the same issue but they have never been able to fix it, even after the issue was video taped.

I'm a regular customer because these guys are great. Prices for common maintenance, like oil changes, are the same as at Jiffy Lube, so I prefer to go here so I can get to know my mechanics/technicians. Thanks for running an honest operation! more

Servicing My 2007 Hyundai Tucson 6/25/2015

My 2007 Tucson has only 30,000 miles, so I opted for the 30,000 mile service. I wanted to wait for the vehicle and was informed that it would take about 3 hours. There was a shuttle to take me home, but I did not have someone available to bring me back to pick up the vehicle, so I waited. 2 hours later the service was complete including the wash job. Always satisfied at GG Hyundai. more

Disappointed 6/24/2015

So tired of untrained service reps. Tired of not getting my mileage reimbursement after specifically requesting it. Last visit they lost my car and it was never sent to wash even though they called me to say it was done more

Whenever I take my car to GG Hyundai, usually with an online appointment, I am treated within a few minutes, my problem (usually just regular maintenance) is taken care of in a timely fashion, my car comes back looking and working better than before, all hassle free. more

My Santa Fe is now 8 years old and has 85,000 miles on it. I usually get my routine service done locally, but it was time for a detailed inspection and service. I have to say that Vincent and the service staff did an awesome job bringing my Santa Fe up to specs. more

Attentive, Responsive, & Professional Service Advisor. 6/18/2015

This was my very first service visit to Garden Grove Hyundai and was unplanned and occurred on a recent Friday morning. My Service Advisor Tony Tran greeted me immediately and was very responsive, courteous, professional, and attentive. He was also very efficient and exhibited excellent competence and I felt extremely well taken care of.
