everything was handled great. no complaints. Jay, your service rep did every thing he could to make my repair as pleasant as possible.

Worst

I have taken my car in for multiple times for the same issue but they have never been able to fix it, even after the issue was video taped.

Bob quoted me a time and was done within that window, he was friendly, helpful, efficient & prompt. I threw a couple wrenches in his path but he didn't let that affect the service. Hopefully I get sent another coupon in the mail so I have yet another reason to go back. :o) more

Poor Quality and Customer Service 7/18/2014

Garden Grove Hyundai nor the Hyundai brand is for me. Too many shortcuts, poor quality, lack of customer service. I won't make the same mistake again; I suggest others look to more quality brands. more

My only problem with this dealership is communication. Whenever I call I never get a person...can only leave voice mail messages which are never returned. Only after repeatedly calling am I finally in touch with someone. more
