We have used this company in the past for repair work and have been very pleased and today is no exception. I called this morning at 8:00 AM and someone was repairing our garage door by 10:30 AM. Johnny completed the job in no time at all. And, fortunately for me, Johnny was not scared off by a very enthusiastic lab who thought she had a new playmate at the door. I liked the confirmation email with the technician's name and a picture. Additionally, it was fun to learn a little bit about his hobbies. I highly recommend this company. more

Boyden just left my house and my doors are working again. You seriously have no reason to call anyone else. This garage door company responded to my call and email, arrived on time as scheduled, and went above and beyond to fix a Craftsman transmitter that went bad. When repair was not possible, and for the best fee in my town -if you dare to compare- Boyden replaced a garage door opener, model 139.53920 DM and tuned-up the other door. He also aligned the safety sensor that I had carefully aligned with a box -yes, a small box- myself. His quote was the price paid, a fair price for exceptional service. The technician (David) was great. First he had "called" to say he was at a job site that was running bit longer than expected (which was fine since I was home for the remainder of the day anyway). Secondly, I had lost my voice with Laryngitis & David was able to talk to my husband on the phone & explain the door situation. And lastly he had given me great information to maybe replacing the door opener and how to keep the tracks from becoming flat & showed me how to tighten the bolts on the door. He was quick and very, very nice to have as a service technician. more
