My teenaged son would probably buy stock in Gamestop if he could, since he buys so many of their products. Located in Midland Park, the store attracts customers looking to buy video games and accessories for all consoles. Gamestop has a very friendly staff that is accomodating and willing to let you browse or play video games on the TVs set up for that purpose. Inside you will find neatly displayed new and used video games for all of the major consoles. Gamestop also sells used DVD's at great prices and will take your trade-ins for store credit. It is because of their trade in policy that I usually shop here first for video games. The prices for traded-in movies and games vary but are usually decent enough that my son is able to get a new game at a discount or even for free (after trade-in discount is tallied). They reserve game titles for you and if you become a "Gamestop Member" you receive a subscription to Game Informer magazine and a 20% discount on used games. Excellent! Game more

The staff at Game Stop in Midland Park, NJ really know their stuff. Ask them any question (pertaining to video games of course) and they will have an answer for you in seconds. Very helpful all around in all aspects. Informative and knowledgeable in the products they sell. The store is the right size, not too big or small. They are very good at reserving the games you want especially new releases. The used game section is very popular especially when you can trade in your old games. I sometimes wonder how they determine how much "game bucks" you receive based on your old games. Parking is ample as it's located in a strip mall and the location is perfect for them as there is no other game store in the vicinity.
