I have had two positive experiences within a week. I went in to preorder a game for my son on a very busy weekend day. Despite the long line, when I arrived at the desk, the person who helped me was pleasant and relaxed. I just made a follow-up call today to ask a question and found the person on the line to be just as friendly and helpful. Not only that, the staff are very knowledgeable. The one drawback to this location is the parking; it is pretty sparse. I usually drive around the corner and park, then walk. Not too much of a problem. more

Came here with my mom's friend's kids, all who are avid gamers. Of course, they know what they want. But to and infrequent gamer like myself, it can be a bit over whelming. They staff is apathetic at best. If you go here make sure to bring a gamer, they'll know they're stuff. Plus side, they do sell old school games on the ps1 and dreamcast for really cheap. more
