The inside should have been simple. Vanilla cake on top and chocolate cake on bottom. We gladly paid the $250.00 cost for an engagement party but were quite embarrassed to have quests waiting for the chocolate that never came. Yes, it looked pretty but what's so hard about getting what you paid for. I never got to speak to the owner either but they offered me chocolate cake for 15 people to compesate for their error. Really, that's all you got? Never a note or an apology or a coupon for the cake. Never again will i give them my business. more

we ordered a wedding cake from gallos. it cost us 425.oo and they forgot to deliver our wedding cake top. we paid 50.00 for cake topper and it wasn't used. how dissappointing. when we called the store 5 times they never let us talk to owner. they kept saying he will call us back. nows 3 weeks from the wedding we still have never received a call back. I have talked to a lawyer and he said to give him a chance, i think 5 calls is giving him plenty of chance. I purchased all my cakes from gallos since my children have been little andi am very dissappointed. everyone i talk to says we should get a full refund and they gave us 25.00 . We were very embarassed for my daughter. if it was a birthday there would be another chance, but this was a once in a lifetime that we planned a year for and was very dissappointed. if you are ordering a wedding cake please think of this so it doesnt happen to you.
