I would not bring my steam cleaner back to Gall. I've had it in twice and they still haven't fixed the problem. Also, they make no effort whatsoever to clean the machine while they are ""fixing"" it, which I think would be standard when doing any repair. more

I came in to look at some of the latest models and was very impressed at the features on the janome and bernina embriodery machines. They make designs that are jsut beautiful. I make things for my family and grandkids and am so happy with my new machine. Plus I got free lessons on how to use it. Gallsewing was really a treat. I wil definately go back fore any sewing needs! Pros: The people were so nice and helpful. Cons: They were doing constuction on the sidewalk. more
