Galaxy Motors is run by crooks. I've been after with these incompetents to pay off the loan on my trade-in for 4 months and it's been just about the worst experience I've ever had with a business in my life.
It took three months to get my plates and registration. During that time they had not paid off the loan on my trade in. They'll take their time paying off the loan on your trade-in, they'll sell vehicles before getting the title from the bank and then give you the run-around about why it's taking so long. It's clear now why it took so long to get my plates.
After four months, they have still not paid off the loan on the trade-in despite being told it was paid off multiple times. The owner, Patrick, is evasive and lies right to your face. His employees are either dumb, ignorant, stupid, or a combination of all three. On top of that, they are dismissive and unhelpful.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I know this is happening to many customers. Spread the word about Galaxy Motors and put these thieves out of business.
