I don't know if they were just having a bad or an extremely busy day but the service we received was less than excellent last time. We made appointments for the entire family, 3 of us at one time. First off they were running almost an hour behind on our appointments. Then the gal that was taking care of our daughter seemed to be running low on patients and didn't seem to know exactly what she was doing. The doctor we actually saw was very professional and friendly. I would give them another try because they may of just had a bad day.
