Very Dissatisfied 6/21/2011

upon walking into Gach Jewelers for the first time today i was greeted by employees that seemed kind and patient, but after spending about three minutes inside, they became very irritable and pushy. After asking more then once that i needed a few minutes to look at their products, the employees seemed to limit me to only a few choices and kept shoving the products they thought were nice into my face. I was very unsatisfied by their service and i will not be returning to Gach Jewelers again. more

great present 2/11/2011

went to gach jewelers at christmas to buy my wife a diamond band. the store was clean and new. found a great three stone ring price was great.will shop there agian. phil more

Way too pricey..and they dont stand behind their word or workmanship..let alone Lisa Gach was just arrest for stealing a credit card ...i would be afraid to use a credit card there...never would shop there.... more

rip off- beware- DO NOT BUY 2/4/2010

I can't express how utterly frustrated I am with the purchase of an engagement ring from Gach. The setting came crooked, gouged and unfinished. Within 2 days, the diamond came loose. After trying to work it out and have them "repair" the gouge was still int he band and the stone CAME LOOSE AGAIN. Now J Gach is NOT being cooperative and has no interest in fixing his own poor workmanship. DO NOT BUY FROM GACH more

Gach Jewelers - good service, good prices 6/23/2009

Very friendly store with helpful salespeople. The owner, John spent over an hour with my wife and I and never pushed us. We will be back! PS- very nice selection and what I think are very reasonable prices. more

Incredibly unfriendly and unwilling to help.... 5/16/2009

If you are looking for friendly, personable service, go elsewhere. John is moody and condescending. Don't bother with asking him any questions, because he'll act like you're wasting his time. Venture out of Monroe to a better jeweler-- he doesn't deserve your business. more

Gach is great 8/22/2008

John and Anita are wonderful to work with and they always have a smile on their faces. My family has been shopping with them for at least 30 years, and we have never had a complaint. The prices are fair and reasonable, and repairs are done quickly. They have a large selection, and are always willing to order pieces if asked.I would completely recommend Gach Jewelers. more

A small jeweler, but have a good selection 11/13/2005

We've gone to this jewelry store many times and although it's a smaller store, the selection is pretty good and the staff always seems nice. It can get a bit pricey...but that's common for a jeweler. They do a nice job and I have no complaints. PROS: Good Selection, Smaller personalized attention CONS: A bit pricey... more
