AWFUL 11/28/2010

AWFUL. I refuse to ever go back to Dr. Swegler in this practice. First of all,her nurse DOES NOT call back. She is "picky" about when you can come in for an appointment. I wanted the 7:30 am appointment since I have kids and need my husband to stay home with them. Nurse would not book me and said that those times are reserved. For who? Someone more sick than me? I spent over 3 hours there the last time and only a few minites of that was with the Dr. She didn't even listen to me, just talked over me the whole time and kept asking if I was going to get a flu shot. Awful practice, awful doctor. more

Poor Customer Service 6/3/2010

Very customer unfriendly practice in Keller, Texas. Nurse will not call back on BP medicine refill when out. Don't care attitude prevails throughout the whole practice. Wait time for appointment averages around an hour. Changing practices after 4 years. more

They treat you like family 5/10/2010

My family has been doctoring with this practice for 23 years and we have always been pleased. They are always caring, friendly and spot on when it comes to diagnosis. If they can't take care of your situation they will refer you to another practice that can. I would recommend this practice to anyone and have recommended several of my friends to them and they feel the same way. We see Carol the NP but when she is not available we see a doctor that is available and have never had any complaints with anyone here. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. more

Best in the West when it comes to family practice Medicine 3/2/2010

I started going to this family practice group over 30 years ago when Dr. Pillow was in practice. Since then I have been seen by various Drs, Nurse Practitioners and PAs. During the years my insurance has been at various levels of coverage. Not a single person in their office has ever treated me rudely or told me they didn't want my kind in their office or refused me treatment. There must be more to the story about the one patient that said they were refused treatment because it is so out of character for NHFP group. They are caring, concerned, dedicated professionals that truly serve the needs of the community. more

My wife and I were refused treatment, we have insurance and everything and were discriminated against due to our condition..we we told plain and simple that we do not want your type here ..I can't believe this happened!! more

Best Doctors, Nurses & Staff in Tarrant County 4/26/2007

I've been a patient at N. Hills Family Practice since the mid-80's and couldn't be happier with them. My family and I have used several of the doctors, P.A.s and CNPs at this office, including Dr. Gabriel, Dr. Houston, Dr. Mc Intrye and Carol Dvorak and we've been completely satisfied with each visit. These great folks have taken care of me - and my family - for a long time. This practice is filled with people who really care about their patients, they stay on top of the latest medical developments and they are efficient. Too bad I can't give them SIX stars! more
