I don't have the burned gums that some people have reported - but if the procedure had continued, I feel sure my gums would have caught fire - it felt like I was getting a severe sun burn on my gums! I have had a lot of work done on my teeth in the past and I can honestly say that the root canal I had was a pleasant experience compared to the this...When the light was turned off, the burning/heat sensation stopped - she tried it again for a couple of minutes - same result. more

Friendly Dentist 11/22/2010

My molar was aching so bad and that's the reason why I came to this dental clinic. The dentist who took care of me was friendly. Very friendly. He extracted my tooth and didn't hurt a thing. I love the service I received that day. Thank you! more

I went to this dental clinic and received the best treatment I ever had. The dentist who took care of me has very light hands and no pain was experienced when he did my root canal. Next week I'm going back for my scheduled appointment! more

I am afraid of the dentist because she seems to be unsure on what to do with my teeth and her hands are shaking while holding the machine. I will never go back to this clinic.. more

Gums might burn 11/3/2010

It is Saturday night - and I'm miserable! I had the zoom whitening done this past Wednesday and my teeth are still very sensitive. About 2 minutes into the process, the heat on my upper gums was unbearable. Luckily, I don't have the burned gums that some people have reported - but if the procedure had continued, I feel sure my gums would have caught fire - it felt like I was getting a severe sun burn on my gums! more

My dentist experience was very similar to a trip to the spa! No kidding. The customer service was excellent, not to mention the fresh-baked cookies and refreshments while I waited a very short time in the waiting room. I was very impressed with the three technicians who worked on my teeth and the newly updated equipment they used. I have told many others about the particular dentist I went to and about your service. Thanks for allowing this to be a painless process! more
