I've never worked out on a regular basis before. As in, never played sports, never ran, never did much of anything except for walk the dog. I really wanted to get in shape for the summer last year. A friend recommended Go Fit, and it was the best decision I could have made. I went from being the last one in the group to finish, to someone who works out at least four days a week. I am addicted to the camps and love to participate any time I need a boost. It definitely gets me motivated to stay in shape, to stay strong and healthy.
