Best Fitness Class in Austin! 4/7/2008

I have to say that GO Fit Austin is a workout that I actually enjoy. Let's be honest, sometimes it is pretty difficult to motivate yourself to get up and go do some sort of physical activity. WIth GO Fit Austin, not only do you learn how to take advantage of the outdoors but you meet great people and have fun while working out. Also, you will definitely notice an improvement in your overall endurance over the course of the three weeks. The classes push you to challenge yourself and are accommodating to all fitness levels. Bootcamp can be fun! 4/7/2008

Go Fit is an awesome 3 week workout! Whenever I feel like I need to step-up my workout routine, I know Go Fit Bootcamp will do the trick! I love the teamwork and friendships that develop over the three week bootcamp. Go Fit is a great way to learn new outdoor workouts. It motivates you to maintain a steady workout routine after all the hard work. I highly recommend this for all fitness levels who want to be challenged and get results! more

Working out has never been so much fun 4/6/2008

After several years of the same ol' gym routine, I decided to change things up by trying this boot camp. For me, I needed exercise that didn't seem like a chore and was actually fun. In the three weeks I took this camp, I had such a great time and actually looked forward to those grueling workouts. You will break out into a sweat every single time you are there and I've never been one to easily perspire. The coaches are extremely friendly and approachable. It is very much a comradery environment and you cheer for everyone in your group. I look forward to my next boot camp session! Pros: Fun workouts, great views of austin more

Got Fit 4/6/2008

I've never worked out on a regular basis before. As in, never played sports, never ran, never did much of anything except for walk the dog. I really wanted to get in shape for the summer last year. A friend recommended Go Fit, and it was the best decision I could have made. I went from being the last one in the group to finish, to someone who works out at least four days a week. I am addicted to the camps and love to participate any time I need a boost. It definitely gets me motivated to stay in shape, to stay strong and healthy. more

Best Excuse to Cancel your Gym Membership. 4/4/2008

If you told me a couple of months ago that I not only would have completed a full boot camp session, but excitedly (and repeatedly) signed up to flog myself into a sweaty mess for 8 weeks straight, I would have called you crazy. And then ordered us another round of pizza and beer. Pros: early and evening classes, positive reinforcement, great value for the price, rain or shine workouts, no gym memberships! more
