my house was recently bought so when I had a issue last week they sent GNC out work was done right for once and was fast came out same day we then had a cold blast of weather come...

my house was recently bought so when I had a issue last week they sent GNC out work was done right for once and was fast came out same day we then had a cold blast of weather come in and my pipes froze so they came out a second time fixed the problem in a timely manner later that same day my water had another issue they came right back out remind you they had been working past 2 - 3 days non stop due to weather they were tired but didn't show it they went out of they way to find the problem and get it done right no mickey mouse jobs no used parts same guy all 3 times and felted very comfortable to have them in my home I wont get into every thing they did but they went out of they way to find the problem and looked at my washer as well that same pipe is used and found problem that old plumber did so they fixed that as well This company will take care of you and your plumbing needs and will do their job in the most professional manner. I would recommend them. more

Plumber in Nashville TN 12/16/2013

I`ve had two projects this summer and they did a great job. GNC Plumbing were friendly, timely and got everything handled without an issue. Great ordering and installation times, worked around my schedule and were very informative about what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them! more

Prompt and professional service. 12/4/2013

I have been using GNC Plumbing for a residential property that I manage. It's been about three months since I switched from my old plumber, and so far, I like using them. Whenever I call them for a job, they come right out. If they can't get to it that day, they make sure to come first thing the next morning. Even if several of my renters need service, GNC is able to show up in a timely manner. They have usually sent the same people to do the service. They always get the job done and take care of my renters. Even one of my renters commented on how professional the plumber was and how comfortable she was with him in her home. This company will take care of you and your plumbing needs and will do their job in the most professional manner. I would recommend them. more

Plumbing emergency handled to perfection. 1/7/2013

I first heard of GNC Plumbing from a Google webpage. I called them at 6:30 am, and they had a technician out at my house by 8. He was extremely polite and courteous, did an excellent job, and left the premises. more

I wouldn't use anybody else. 11/19/2012

There was a clogged line in my house and it took Chad Elliot about three hours, but he got it fixed. I couldn't be happier with the service. more

Good experience, but the price in the bathroom was a little high. 11/6/2012

I thought GNC Plumbing was pretty good. I thought the whole experience was pretty good. One price they gave me for the work in the bathroom was kind of high. That's why I'm not going to a 5 for the work. I didn't really know it was going to be that high until after the work was done. Otherwise, they're a good company, and I'd go back again. more

I found GNC Plumbing through the internet. I had called several plumbing companies and GNC Plumbing responded first. They did several jobs for us at the church. For the latest job, they fixed the faucet that was busted in the wall. They don't keep you waiting! more

I've had GNC Plumbing come in twice to repair issues that other plumbers have made. Both times, they did a wonderful job. The quality is superb. They were very thorough, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend them as I was very satisfied with their work. more

They also had really great pricing. This was the first time I'd used them, and I will definitely use them again. more

It was a messy, extensive ordeal, but GNC Plumbing made it bearable. 1/23/2012

The day after Christmas I had a sewer line crack. I am new in Nashville, so I didn't know who to call, but GNC Plumbing was recommended to me by the Realtor. They came right away and worked on it. GNC told me that if it happened again it would be a real problem. It happened again. Once again they came immediately and started working on the sewer line. It was leaking, so they even had to clear up the floor. It was an awful, three day thing, but they came on time every day. They were all very sweet. Two of the technicians were even apologizing to me, saying it was terrible that the crack in the line happened. When getting a hold of them on the phone, they were also always nice, and always came when they said they would. They did all they could do, and I would definitely recommend them. more

Easy to work with! 12/22/2011

This was our first time using GNC Plumbing, and they were really easy and great to work with. They were very polite, and went out of their way to keep our house clean, inside and outside. They ended up staying longer than they were originally planning on to help us out. And, their prices were excellent. more

Definitely a worthwhile company! 12/20/2011

Overall I think everything went well with GNC Plumbing. They got the job done. There were a few issues with communication because they were actually working with another contracting company. Because it was a unique situation, there was some confusion. It took a little longer than expected, but that was the only issue. Other than that, the people at GNC Plumbing are really friendly and did a quality job! They're definitely a worthwhile company and I would recommend them! overall i thin keverything went well. they got the job done. few issues with communcation. they actually were working with another contracting company. becauwe it was a unique situation there was somefconfusion. took a longer ... only issue. other than that, tey're really firendly, quality job. definitely a worthwhile company, i would recommend! more

Go ahead and go with GNC Plumbing! 10/31/2011

I just thought that the foreman that came out from GNC Plumbing was very helpful and honest. I really appreciated that. He was very friendly too. I'd recommend him to pretty much anybody. GNC Plumbing looked at a water spot that I had in my house. I wasn't sure whether it was a leak or not. The person went ahead and assessed the problem. It was a quick fix. This was two to three weeks ago. Go ahead and go with GNC Plumbing! more

Honesty was the biggest #1! 10/14/2011

GNC Plumbing is very efficient and clean! I had a number of situations with plumbing in the last several years, and had several different plumbers come in who said that they could take care of the problems. The technician from GNC Plumbing was very honest and I was sitting right there, getting a full-on education from him on why the former services were wrong, and I was just blown away! GNC Plumbing's honesty was the biggest #1. GNC Plumbing has fixed plumbing problems in both our bathrooms sinks, fixed a toilet matter in the master bedroom, and main plumbing in the kitchen sink. I appreciated the honesty in their business and work behind GNC's work ethic! more

GNC Plumbing came in and replaced a leaky water pipe. They did a great job. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I liked the price. I was very happy with the work that GNC Plumbing did. They're professional and reasonable. more

Very professional. 9/15/2011

I had GNC Plumbing install a garbage disposal in a rental property of mine, and they did a great job. I can't remember the man's name, but he was very professional. He went to the store to find out how much the part was going to be before doing it, then he called me from the store and told me about it. Then he went to the house to look at the job. He called me from the house to make sure I was okay with how much it was going to cost, and it was fine. In fact, it was probably half as much as other plumbers would have quoted me, as I know from experience. I was very satisfied. more

I enjoy my interactions with them. 8/24/2011

I just recently started working with GNC Plumbing. They were recommended to me by a mutual third party. I really enjoy the customer service they give me. My interactions with the plumbers are always very nice. I was experiencing trouble with the plumbing in my home, and at first brought out GNC to assess the situation, and to fix a few leaks. It soon became clear that I would have to replace the entire plumbing system, which they are currently working on for me. The plumbers with GNC are very good at explaining what needs to be done, which I really like. That way, I know what to expect. They also offer me a good value. My experience with them thus far has been really good. more
