I went for a lip/brow wax when this spa was new. Instead of lying on a table I had to sit on an barstool. A woman applied coldish wax, the strip, and ripped--off skin bits!!. She then put ALCOHOL on saying it would help redness but it BURNED. They didn't do the browswax but plucked. I got home, saw skin missing, and called. They made me come in the next day, checked my face , and returned $10 (you'd think the browpluck too). Despite the derm visit &future lipwax offers, they were nonchalant, kept trying to get me to say I used Retin-A. Luckily I didn't scar, but the pain and stripes lasted a week. Waxing should be done with the client reclined, not atop a barstool! They should have recognized/informed me they removed skin, and stopped the waxing. There's potential but the staff needs better training.
Pros: trendy atmosphere, good products, good location
Cons: poorly trained staff, bad client satisfacti, cramped space
