G & G Heating Repair Company

Regarding "tonydce's" comment,I think you have the incorrect company. We needed a new furnace in the middle of January in 2010 which we had called G&G and found out we had a hole in our heat exchanger. He patched it temporarily and returned 2 days later for replacement. The estimate he gave us (look up the word estimate) came in a little under.Both Greg and Seth did an outstanding job and even went beyond what they had to do. They removed the unit, cleaned up and made it look like they had never been there, except for the fact we had HEAT again!!! We had searched other companies but their ( there is that word again) estimates were almost twice as much as what we accepted. We also called them to schedule our annual cleaning and Gloria kept us informed regarding our appointment. I do not see why you had such a difficult time with them. I live out of state and they have always serviced us in a timely and professional manner. I always recommend their company to everyone. more

In contracdiction to tonydce.....we certainly cannot be speaking about the same company! G&G Heating has been our service company for quite some time and would never think of calling anyone else. We have needed emergency service on holidays, weekends, evenings and without hesitation they were quick to respond and resolve our problems. We were treated with honesty, respect and billed more than fair for the quality service rendered. The owner, Greg, has been in the business for 25+ years, worked for a large company and when ventured out on his own, a large following of the clients opted to seek his services because of his knowledge and fairness. What strikes me to be odd is if "tonydce" was so dissatisfied, why did he call on him to come back and do more work? If he had a verbal quote and it ran over, well...welcome to the real world...a quote is not a contract! "tonydce" did not like some work so he wanted him to come make changes, well...hello buddy...who do you know that works for nothing? I am sure you don't. You will ridicule yourself to take someone to court for $100.00, you certainly don't have a life. G & G is owned by the two most honest, honerable, knowledgeable and accomodating individuals who pride themselves in their work and reputation. I RECOMMEND THEM to all my friends and family without hesitation. I know of many fuel companies who don't provide heating service who highly recommend G&G Heating. As for "tonydce" sounds like someone looking for something for nothing. If I would be so dissatisfied with a service provider I would run in the other direction instead of wanting them back. Pay the darn bill, stop wasting everybodies time and get on with it. The problem today is so many are "sue-sue-sue" crazy. It will cost you more than the $100. to take these fine hard working, honest people to court and if there is justice...you will pay court fees and have to pay the bill anyway. more

I would never do business with this company again. They are not reputable folks. They quoted us a job for 3,000.00 when the final bill came in it was for $400.00 - $500.00 more. Told them I would pay them if they came back and re- work the pipe from our stove to the chimney, we were not happy the way they put it in. We paid them the balance, they came and re- worked the pipe and now they send another bill for over 100.00. These folks are not men and woman of their word. I look forward to a small battle in court with these cheats some day! Stay away from this company! more
