carpet cleaned.but door damaged 9/4/2008

Jim was in hurry this day and fit me in. I was grateful for that, but either his hose or his huge metal vacuum head that sucks all the dirt and grime from rugs hit our bedroom door and damaged it. I called him right away, took a photo and then he came over the following week. He said "110% I did not do this" "I have been in business for 30 years and nothing like this has ever happened." He will not stand behind his damage. No one else was in the house or near the door. He closed the door so the dogs would not get on the rug and I left the house right behind him.\r \r Carpet looks great but he is not welcome back in my home to finish the stairs. \r \r I cannot do business with people that will not admit to an accident. more

Incredilbe job and great customer service 5/11/2006

G & G does a terrific job cleaning carpets. They will work very hard on stains and can usually remove them. They will also sell you the professional stain remover that they use. Once you are a customer, you will get postcards advertising their specials. more

They did a great job on my very dirty carpets and very very dirty rugs. They did it quick, nicley, and well. The very best of all, is that it was cheap! more

G & G Carpet Cleaners provides consistent, dependable service. I've used them for 10+ years. Jim and his staff have never disappointed us. They are reasonably priced and I have referred them to numerous friends. more

We have used G&G to clean the carpets in our house several times. They have done a great job each time and we plan on continuing to use them. They arrive on time and are careful that our furniture does not touch the wet carpet afterwards. They send a coupon in the mail to their customers to offer a discount for repeat business. more
