G & C Towing

I have been taking my cars to G&C for years..and usually under pretty stressful circumstances. But from the time I step inside that beautiful old building on Bellvue, complete with coffee & comfy couches I start to relax. And when the first of the many excellent staff greet me with a smile and concern for my problem,the anxiety disappears. I know I am in good hands, the best in Sonoma County,and I feel assured that my car will have the best of care inside (mechanical) and outside (body work)..and so will I right down to the final cost. As I drive off in a clean new loaner car, l feel at ease about leaving my 'injured' car in professional hands..because the staff feel more like friends at G&C. I would recommend them with 5 stars anytime, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. And now you can make appts. online. How cool is that? more

I love the idea of online booking, but I got neither an email nor a call/text confirming the appointment. annoying. more

My daughter & I have been customer of Body Shop since 1999. Had life time oil change & alignment on both cars. Now I've had mechanical services on my wife's car since last year. Had an appointment for oil change & alignment. Alignment would have taken longer time than promised, so current manager, Mike Alan gave me a free rain check in writing because of tie up on the alignment rack. more
