Purchased a new 2011 Ford Explorer today! Without a doubt, this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Future ford gets 5 stars from me for sales and service. 4/25/2011

The dealership here is great! I must have spent about 7 hours over a course of two weeks trying to pick the right car for me. The salesman was very courteous and had my best interests in mind. I must speak highly of his professionalism and in the end he found the Focus I have been wanting for a while. I just had my first oil change and the service department did not disappoint. more

The Best Car Dealer in Town 4/22/2011

I was so afraid to go to a car dealer because they always put too much pressure and make me feel very uncomfortable but this time everything was radically different. From the beginning my sales consultant Amaru made ??me feel at home, he never pushed me, he was very diligent and respectful. Amaru explained to my purchasing process and at the end of the day I felt I had made ??the best decision of my life. Satisfied Fiesta customer 4/20/2011

I am very satisfied with my recent leasing experience on my 2011 Ford Fiesta. I was unsure at first with my financial situation and credit score as to what type of vehicle I would actually qualify for. With the help of the one man show, SHANE T WEIRICK, my car was hand picked with all the right options including color and was waiting for my approval before I even arrived. Not only did he get me approved but he also processed all my paperwork and assured me that I selected the proper mileage option of 15k per year. I would definitely recommend Shane & Future Ford of Sacramento to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. He has shown professionalism and represents your company with great integrity & knowledge of the products. Scammer City 4/18/2011

What a scam, sold my son, or so they said, a 2006 truck with over 100,000 miles on it and took his trade in. That happened April 9, 2011, today, the 18th they call and want the truck back, wow, they put the loan in at over $42,000.00. Can anyone figure why the bank would not want to lend? His truck is a 2004, and in good shape and they gave him 5K. Seriously, he could have bought a brand new car, a nice car for that price. Can you say typical used car salesman? I can, I have purchased 4 new cars there before and thought they would have never scammed a repeat customer's son who also knows one of the managers, shame on Future. A car dealer that will NEVER be in my future! Anyone want to recommend a dealership? Looking to buy my daughter her first car. more

5 star Internet Car Buying 3/30/2011

I've been doing months of research on the Taurus since i haven't had a good experience at any dealerships in the past i thought it would be smarter to just do it over the web. I'm glad I was right because i was able to get an inventory list with vin numbers so I could do my own CarFax reports from home after i found the right Taurus for me i made an appointment and everyone at Future Ford was really on it, i didnt run late at all everyone seemed real organized and ready for action! I appreciate people who appreciate their jobs and their customers, definitely 5 stars! more

NOTHING BUT SLIMY LIARS 3/26/2011

MUST READ!!! I have been hearing adds about Future Ford Beating any appraisal offer on any vehicle so I decided to have my vehicle appraised. They initially told me it would be 15 minutes to have appraisal completed. I walked the lot for a bit and sat in a New car they had on their lot while they were completing appraisal. Two Future Ford associated rumaged through my glove box and center console while inspecting the rest of the vehicle. 50 Minutes later they came out and told me they would give me $12,000 for my vehicle $14,000 on Trade in. I left, came back a day later. They asked me to write down all my infromation, conveniently on a Credit Application. I told them to get me a d(ifferent piece of paper and I would be more than happy to give them my info. They acted offended and were Very Rude. Sales Manager comes and sits down and says he would give me $8,000 (Fair KBB Trade is 10.6, Good 12.1). I said what about the $12 he said that was the best he could do. LIARS!! more

i give them five stars for the honesty 2/27/2011

This is more than just a dealership. I came in on a very busy president's day, but it was my only day off. I saw alot of salesmen running around and i was relieved to get a very knowledgeable salesman. He was young, but was able to answer any question I had. I'm a mechanic so you cant really beat around the bush with me when it comes to cars and engines, i appreciated his honesty too when it came to pricing because there was no surprises when i wemt into finance. Overall this dealership is great compared most ive visited in the area more

Great place to purchase a vehicle 2/21/2011

I had a fantastic experience with Future Ford of Sacramento. I bought my car from Bill Healey in Fleet Sales. I am not a commerical customer, but was treated like one. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, courteous. Bill introduced to the General Manager, Rod as well as the Fleet Director, Jim so if I ever had any future questions or needs I could also talk to them. The paperwork was handled with ease and the whole transaction went seamlessly. I am sure Bill has a lot of repeat customers and referrals. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Futur Ford and will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle! more

I went to Future Ford to check and possibly buy new 2011 Explorer. This is a tough car to get as I found out. But Future Ford and sales rep. Slavik Nester manged to get it for me same day without any head ache.\r Thank you Slavik and Future Ford.\r Love my new car and I am absolutely agree with you, Slavik; it is the best vehicle Ford ever made. more

Great Customer Service! 2/9/2011

Everyone at Future Ford was very helpful and so nice! They really cater to your needs. Slavik was my car dealer and he helped me find exactly what I wanted. He spent many weeks looking at many different dealerships for me and finally found the EXACT car I had been looking for. All the other member of the Future Ford team had known me on a first name basis and were very friendly. They were a fun group to be around but most importantly got me the best deal possible after finding the car I had been searching for! I now recommend Slavik and the Future Ford Team to all of my family and friends! :) more

Great Parts Department 2/4/2011

I called into the parts dept. Couldn,t believe it, my call was answered on the first ring. I needed a water pump for my suv. They had it in stock,gave me a good price and a quote#. When I came in, I gave Sandy the quote # and within moments I was paying for and on my way home. What a smooth operation. I will definitly go back for all of my parts needs more

Great car buying experience. 2/1/2011

Last weekend I finally decided to go and look at new cars for myself. It was 6 years after I bought my last vehicle because I totally afraid of going to dealerships. I went on google to look for reviews of different dealers in Sacramento area. Also I was specifically looking for FORD cars because they are the best right now. On Google I found FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO with almost complete 5-star rating. That was my definite choice. I called dealer and asked for SLAVIK NESTER because he has best reviews. My expectations were already good because of what I read. SLAVIK was very polite and even sweet on a phone ))))))) He invited me to take a look at my options. Notice: ""to take a look at my options"", not at what they have. I went there next day and it was true, FUTURE FORD really has very good selection of FORD cars both pre-owned and new. SLAVIK was great, and as his reviews indicate, his approach to a customers is different from car-salesmen that we all used to. Thank you SLAVIK and FUTURE FORD. Now I enjoy driving my new FORD FIESTA. more

FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO was always good with me. 1/27/2011

I have been using FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO service department since I first bought a Ford vehicle. QUICK LANE works always fast, and it is very convenient for me since I am always busy. A week ago I went there to trade my 2003 F150 for a new Ford. This time I decided to down-size because I didn't need a truck no more. Over there I met great and very polite person, Ukrainian guy, SLAVIK NESTER, who recently moved to the United States. He completely surprised me with his kindness and knowledge of American cars. SLAVIK did the best walk-around on a car, and I am sure that I never had nobody explaining to me how vehicle can benefit me and my family. Thank you SLAVIK very much. Also I want to say thanks to FUTURE FORD and FORD COMPANY in general for making such a great product like 2011 Ford Fusion. I enjoy driving this truly best in mid-class sedan. One more time thank you FUTURE FORD and thank you SLAVIK NESTER. I will recommend you guys to all of my friends and family. more

Great people 1/26/2011

I use service department at Future Ford of Sacramento all the time. They have best people working there. Quick lane is totaly cool. This time I had to buy a car for my daughter. In service I was reffered to one of the sales guys SLAVIK. He helped us with selection and was very knowledgable about Ford product. We ended up gettin a Ford Focus certified pre-owned. Great car and my daughter loves it. I want to say big thanks to FUTURE FORD and SLAVIK NESTER for such a great experience more
