Tall-Paul is a gentleman 1/11/2012

I decided to give Future Ford od Sacramento a call after I was badly treated at the Automall where the had no manners and put high pressure on me. A gentleman named Paul Hornick answered and after a 15 min conversation I knew he would treat me right and respectfully. Thanks Tall Paul. We were treated like family at Future Ford of Sacramento. Jim Stracner exhibited a lot of patience as we weighed a couple of different models and purchase options ie. new vs used, buy vs. lease and explained these differences to us. Also a shout out to Jim Sturgis. Really excited about the Edge the handling, the quiet ride, the visual lines and of course the styling. more

Future ford of sacramento customer service 12/29/2011

Went to Future Ford of Sacramento today and it was the best experience I have ever had on a car lot thanks to Jerry Lugo and Brian Arruda. I just could not figure out what I wanted or how I was going to get the financing to get into the car I decided on, but thanks to these two sales men I was able to not only find a car I wanted but they also coached me on how I would be able to afford the car I wanted to purchase. I just got home and I had to hurry up and get online to rate Future Ford of Sacramento. I am 72 years old and my experience with Brian Arruda was the best I have ever had on any car lot in my life. This man was so patient and ready to go the extra mile with me. I am old and I am sure I drove him crazy but he was willing to go the extra mile and do whatever it took to make sure I found the car I wanted to purchase. Future ford of sacramento is a great place with a wide selection of vehicles and a great staff who very helpful especially J.C. Rosales who helped me pick out a vehicle and work out a deal that fit my budget and the best part was it was quick not the long drawn out process of negotiating i gave my price and they worked with me to help me stay in my budget more

I seen a commercial for future ford of sacramento about their new invenmtory and went down to look at a new f-150, howver it was a little out of my price range but Brian arrruda and jerry lugio were very informentive with all i needed when i get more to put down ill be back! more

I went in just looking around and doing research. I wasn't planning on buying that day but John Griffin helped me right off the bat and listened to my needs. He helped me find something that were in the range of what I was looking for and I walked out that day with an Escape. I love my car, and if I have any questions John is always quick to get back to me. more

I had been tricked by several hole-in-the-wall dealerships who tried the bait and switch thing on me and I got so fed up and tired of it. When I almost ran out of patience I got in contact with Paul Hornick at Future Ford of Sacramento. Even though I am not a phone person we worked over the phone for a couple of hours and HE got me approved, the car I wanted and a made me his loyal customer. Thank you Paul at Future Ford! more
