I went for a brow waxing. They applied the wax multiple times and eventually ripped the skin of my eyelids. I look horrific. I am swollen, bruised and have 2"" bleeding scabs on each of my eyelids. I went back to the salon, but they were closed. So, I wrote to the owner and emailed photos and she refuses to even speak to me. I can only assume she does not care that her employee disfigured my face. more
